One part spaghetti western mixed with one part gothic Eurotrash and a dash of steampunk equals a fun addition to the Man With No Name series It is very easy to picture Clint Eastwood going up against the greedy bandits, men in iron suits, cagey newspapermen, and duplicitous insurance agents which litter this landscape of desert wasteland and impregnable castles Big fun

    2. The books in the man with no name series are classic westerns This is book eight and although parts of the story are predictable, all in all, I enjoyed all the books this author put together.

    3. Joe Millard wrote the novelizations of some of the Clint Eastwood Spaghetti westerns, and also wrote new books based upon the character of the Man with No Name This is one of the new adventures I enjoyed it at some level but it wasn t up to the experience of seeing the movies in this case.

One of the stranger Dollar Westerns and that s saying something The plot is convoluted with all kinds of elements and twists Some jerk from England, Lord Veldon, moves an entire castle, stone by stone, to the American desert, and refuses to move the treasure he was keeping to a bank Two scientists, who were developing bulletproof armor and greasewood fuel, go missing and brown butterball Bandera has something to do with it.The Man With No Name, Joe or Manco or whatever he may be called, goes in [...]
