    1. This book s statistics and documented studies gave me the courage to try wheat grass juice I though it would be vile At first it was, but now I sort of crave it I m so glad to learn there are other ways to eat wehat than whole wheat breads and boiled wheat cereal.

    2. The beginning talks a lot about what wheat grass is supposed to be good for, which is believable, but I felt there was not nearly enough scientific evidence or studies cited I felt like we were supposed to take her claims at face value.
